Refunds and Exchanges
Frankie the Store does not provide cash refunds. All refunds will be provided as store credit.
Please note that all sale items purchased are final and that all items purchased on sale will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you find that for some reason you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, we will happily accept the return of an unworn item within 3 business days (domestic returns) of purchasing the item. Customers will be held responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. The return costs are on the customers expense. The only exception is when the product was damaged by the couriers and we will investigate this further.
We carry the expense to send you a new item. Courier / Postage fees are not refundable. Banking fees are not refundable.
Returns can ONLY be done via the post office. You will need to mail your parcel back in the same condition as it was sent to you, including tags and using INSURED postage. This is to insure that the parcel arrives safely with us. Incase anything happens we can then claim it back from the post office.
You will have to notify us of your return at firstname.lastname@example.org plus the reason for your return. We will supply you with the address where the parcel needs to be mailed back to. This is your only option for a return.
